Anthony L. Saint Hilaire

Anthony is a Nationally Certified, Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT); and a Professional Member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). He graduated from New England Academy of Therapeutic Sciences (N.E.A.T.S.) in 2000, and opened his first Groton office in 2001. Anthony’s business grew steadily through word-of-mouth; clients seeking relief from chronic stress and pain will attest to the quality of service, Anthony’s professionalism, and the wonderful results!

Neuromuscular, Swedish, and Esalen are among the therapies that Anthony employs, as well as Prenatal massage. He incorporates techniques from Thai Yoga stretching, PNF stretching, and Shiatsu into massage sessions, to address his clients’ needs.

Sarah Gordon

Sarah Gordon LMT graduated Bancroft School Of Massage Therapy 2011. Trained in Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Injuries, Sports Massage, Swedish Massage and Pregnancy Massage.

Sarah listens and creates a treatment specific to her clients wellness goals. Your treatment may include Hot Stones, Hot Bamboo Sticks and Essesial Oils.

Denise Boodoo

Denise Boodoo is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). Denise received her training at Bryman Institute in Brighton, Massachusetts; having graduated in 2006.

Denise is well-versed in various forms of therapy and specializes in tailoring clients’ treatments by incorporating various modalities. This depth of knowledge allows Denise to address clients’ needs over time. Modalities include: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Himalayan/Hot Stone, Sports, and Reflexology.

Denise is also highly-skilled at providing Spa Treatments; such as Body Wraps, Salt Scrubs, and Paraffin Therapy.

Throughout her 13-Year career, Denise has volunteered at several marathons, providing post-race massage.

Moira O’Connor

Moira O’Connor is a Massachusetts/New Hampshire licensed massage therapist and member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Moira received her formal training at Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in Newington Connecticut having graduated in 2000.

Well versed in various massage modalities, including relaxation, trigger point work, deep tissue, and sports massage while having keen insight into holding patterns of stored tension in the body Moira is able to aid clients by reducing pain/stress, enhancing relaxation, and promoting overall well-being.

Throughout her 23 year career, Moira has successfully address sports injuries, high stress, medical conditions, mental health issues, ptsd related anxiety and depression. Clients from all walks of life. Spa guest, star athletes, rock musicians, hospice patients, people who work and play hard, elders, and children alike have enjoyed her dedication to their continued wellbeing.

Each session is crafted utilizing multiple modalities to address the whole body's specific needs, reduce discomfort, and promote wellness.

Rosanna Casavecchia

Rosanna Casavecchia carries a Bachelor of Science and is a Massachusetts Licensed Occupational Therapist, Certified Smoking Cessation Therapist, Certified Massage Therapist, and Certified Ergonomic Specialist with more than 25 years’ experience working with individuals throughout the life cycle.

Rosanna’s works in both large and small groups settings, addressing physical / cognitive and behavioral health areas of needs. She has a broad knowledge of behavioral health / physical/cognitive diagnosis. Rosanna received her formal education at Worcester University located in Worcester Ma, the Muscular Therapy Institute in Cambridge Ma, attended UMass Medicals Smoking Cessation program in Worcester Ma and is pursuing the University of New Hampshire’s Assistive Technology program.

Rosanna’s treatment approach assists the client through the use of education and application of a comprehensive treatment plan utilizing modalities, resources, that are individually tailored to the clients goals. Rosanna believes understanding the physical and psychological aspects of an individual are key factors to client success in all life roles and vocations that impact their activities of daily living. She supports individuals on site, telehealth and when needed also the clients place of residents.

Rosanna believes that taking the time to go within, making shifts in thinking and demonstrating to the client that taking action can create change, reduce physical discomfort, and promote a lifetime of wellness.
